You may wonder that the colour looks off after adding the highlights, well you can easily fix this by colouring on the lineart! Just used the shadow colours (but darker) and then voila! You're done :D
STEP 9 & 10
Then onwards to the lips! Fairly simple you can just use two colours from the same colours we have used for the skin before and only use airbrush. You're almost done now, but what are we missing? That's right its highlights, you can use the base colour for it to pop!

It's possible that the collars in the game were inspired by the ones used in the Battle Royale book and movie, as in both they are used to track the participants. In Battle Royale, they can explode on command, while in YTTD it's implied the collars are personalised
