@Gordozin1 @clif08_ No. The mutation didn't fix any of her health issues. Even added some. With fur, she lost the ability to sweat so there is a constant threat of a heatstroke. Fast metabolism isn't always useful either.

Welp… the first 6 issues are stellar. Really a great book and the art makes it such an incredible read. But boy that Civil War II has a lot to answer for. This team though, I can’t get enough of.

I really hope at some point in the next four issues Babs gets down to the garage and finds the mopeds just covered in dust and cobwebs. That's the kind of "small" character-based drama I can get behind.
Two issues in, I think my favorite part of BATGIRLS besides the art is the awkwardness of the relationship between Babs and Steph/Cass. Babs trying way too hard to be a Cool Older Sister and the girls humoring her up to a point while sneakily blowing her off, it's good stuff.

It seemed Cheryl had been having some hard times as of late, dealing with her depression issues.
I am so very thankful that the Sonic Unleashed adaptation concluded before the comics were cancelled. Even though there's a few more issues after this, this beautifully bittersweet ending makes for a very fitting place for the comics to go out on.
