I just saw a 2014 movie I didn't like. Can you guess what anime this is? Because it looks more like a metal hero/super sentai series mixed with Power Rangers 2017, Robocop 2014, etc. When does helmets come on, it doesn't resemble the manga/anime at all.

His wings are like a curly feathered chicken, so not the best at flying but makes up for that in other ways.
