Forgot to comment this episode yesterday. While Gintama's strongest charm is its comedy, I personally love the serious story arcs and the battles are on par with other Shonen fights, this arc is one such examples. I actually prefer Zura with short hair. 😍

I loved how the characters all developed and grew

Even the characters I might have found annoying at first or self-righteous, they all had great character arcs with solid endings, so I can't complain

I love how in OP past villains still have arcs outside of the main story that showcase they're not entirely bad people. CP9 helped each other heal after Enies Lobby and saved a town from pirates. Caribou saved an older lady and her village after he was offered kindness from them.
