Since Mario Kart 9 is being talked about recently, I have been musing over what could be, if the series used Wario characters.

If it ever did then Captain Syrup and Shokora would be amazing choices. They are easily THE Wario Land characters that fans of the series push for.

And what I personally find very amusing: Sailor Moon's real name is Usagi Tsukino, which is a pun on "Moon Rabbit" too - "usagi" means "rabbit" and "tsuki no" could be also read as "of the moon".
...which Lux also has a skin based on!

Ah man! Just finished reading the last of Genis Vell’s two Captain Marvel series and KEITH FRICKIN’ GIFFEN drew the last issue and it (the art) was glorious! (Peter David’s script was mildly amusing) Why didn’t Marvel give a different writer a shot to continue these adventures???

Mildly amusing anecdote: just ran a spell-check on my 57,000 word manuscript on Claremont's UXM and freaked out when it flagged 500 spelling errors. Turns out 10 of them were mine - the majority were from the quotations I'd included that feature C's phonetic dialogue and accents.
