now he's a half high elf + dwarf (fighter/paladin) he's still dropped off an air balloon as a baby and gets raised by orcs, but he's much more down to earth now 😌 (havent drawn him in a hot sec)

In my campaign setting, hobgoblins look like Tiefling/Orcs! A much smaller array of horns(no antlers), little tiny NOT-prehensile tails, smushy noses like classic dnd hobgoblins, and TUSKS. They can still be whatever color you want tho because that’s fun.
