A trick my sister shared with me: take all of your layers and merge them. Copy that merge and undo all the merging then paste the full merge. If you overlay it on top of everything, it can really brighten and saturate your work. A gaussian blur on this merge can also be nice!

Here he's overlooked the part of testing the hard weight limits of mobility where he'd likely have a hard time hitting the switch to undo it when he can't stand.
