She painted throughout her life right up until she passed at the age of 101 and was almost blind.

day 10, the EVE online battleship Apocalypse. Oil on 24x48” canvas. This took 14 months to paint, mostly because the dude I painted it for broke up with me over text, and I didn’t want to look at it. So I finished it, gave it to him, and never looked back ;)
