i hate to break it to you but its literally memed upon how wealthy and generous furries are to artists. i was literally paid 150$ to draw this single piece (though furries are notoriously unwelcoming to outsiders who see them as nothing but money trees. dont try it.)

Meanwhile, in comics we had Bryan Hill's Batman and the Outsiders, which had a cool badass Shiva who *did* care about someone, and it didn't slow her down one bit.
