So. this was my first pass at her but it just really was not working for me. i refined the dress to be a little sleeker and completely redid the hair - i decided to go for a feathery, fluffy 80s Power Mom Cut, which i then realized made her look kinda like Princess Di. It's fine.

It's sleek and metallic-looking like Red-Eyes, but most importantly it's associated with ice and storms. Though it's not ice element, its usual habitat is snowy places, and as such its wind attacks wind up ice element too!

Updated design to make Watame's chest smaller... for sleeker look, also turned her skirt into armour plates look. Added a bow behind her helmet for extra cuteness. Also updated her weapon Potechikiri to resemble a Katana more. Bonus Nanora.

They're neat. Good alternative designs, but too busy for mainline versions. Mega Man X especially benefits from simple and sleek designs, pre-armor upgrades.

That said, if we had to redesign him, I'd rather stick with Command Mission. It's complex, but not too over the top.
