Would have to say Sonic X in Japanese. I do have issues with it (Glares at Chris) but when the show got it right, it got it right. Plus it has one of my favourite scenes in the entire franchise.
For some scenes the backgrounds had up to 6 transparencies on top of the base painting, mostly used to composite rain, smoke, water reflections, moving clouds, foreground elements for parallaxing animation. 2/3
I for real have watched this movie over 50 times cause I used to love watching scenes and focusing 100% on what she did and loved seeing new things
