Now in GraphicsGale, click on All Frames -> Color Depth, and choose a low number of colors, depending on the range of your color palette.
In this case I'm going to use a 8 color palette.
You will need to experimentate with this number, and the Dither option.

There was supposed to be more frames for the talking portion, but there are a few mouth movements I haven't learned to interpret yet, so I settled for a more simple approach until I learn how to!
im taking this online class on victorian films rn and i just found out that they used to have colored films back then! all frames were hand-painted. the technique eventually went out of fashion when stencil coloring was introduced around the 1900's

@JoeyJostar I kinda did that with this? I just didn't trace it. I took the gif in photoshop and drew the frames in SAI. I suppose that's the hard way of doin it lol but I learned a lot
