New OC she hates everyone. Inspired by this dude i drew from an old dream I had ages ago. Basically their og faces are a void/melting or something (dont remember properly) and they wear a mask face that acts like their normal face (which usually falls off)
@CapcomUSA_ Akuma. The guy only fights folks that have a chance of killing him so the average Joe in the street has no reason to fear him, that and the dude is a farmer. Farmers have strong work ethics.
