In the East of England we have so many inspiring, brilliant, kind individuals that although I knew some must be on the list, choosing only 22 was definitely a challenge!
The Gnome plot didn't really land for me since it was mostly preordained, cyclical role-fulfillment.
But individually, Black Alberich stood out in CS4's cast of villains due to him being actually, ya know, evil. He's a conceited dick with a badass combat shell. I can dig it.
