I like Shockway Rider. It's certainly different to just about everything out there. (Does remind me of Infodroid, with the multi-speed travelway mechanic.) It gets really hard when the obstacles start appearing.

The digitised face on the title screen looks totally out of place..

Anakaris from Vsav is a fascinating character to me.
There's a really good character trapped somewhere down there. He's just held back by the fact that he literally doesn't have certain system mechanics. Really important system mechanics as well!
It's really interesting to me.
