The Vice Chief of the Crimson Wings, Eagle the Patriot.
I decided to go with a bit more of an executioner appeal with this design since he has an axe and the headwear seemed to fit.
He's also one of the only Crimson Wings to have armour.
Fans have stated that Arashi Narukami would perfectly fit TWICE's concept.

@SpeakofMomo Oh yes, absolutely, some of the drawing styles align pretty well with 19 Days, or I can just emulate the style when redrawing their faces and make it fit ^^
