So far for her lore;🌸
She fell from the sky into a world full of little carefree naked people. Sadly, she has amnesia so she doesn't know where she is from, or even her name. Since she doesn't speak the language of the inhabitants she is quite lonely.
So, I have a completed short story. Not sure what to do with this one.
I’m not ready to get back into my writing habits, but I feel weird having a story just sitting idle.
Any ideas?

Sea urchins are one thing, but SKY urchins are an entirely different beast. And these spiked creatures, inhabiting both the ocean and the air, count as both. When threats approach one of them, they tend to shake vertically or horizontally (depending on the color).

territorial creatures that take up most vegetation across the world. They take up habitats to procure nutrients, which they, in turn, grow grass in their body for animals to graze.
Naturally hostile to humans, they form the land barrier reefs, a haven for grazing crits.
Why are some of our window boards still up?.... Because pipistrelle & serotine bats are roosting here! Bats are highly protected so we're leaving the boards in place to maintain their chosen habitat. Please don't bang on the shutters, they need a good day’s sleep!

this is melvin! he's a spirit trapped within a vhs-tape. he inhabits a background character in the show on the tape.
dont take his friendly look for granted, though. he's a very violent and manipulative guy.

Took a big dive out of my comfort zone switching from travel paint pans, to paint tubes. I keep making unwanted "hard edges"
Causes might be:
- I painted on a very old drawing (from 2016)
- the paper was garbage
- my travel painting habits don't translate well to tube paints
