Here's you're favorite Jackal! Man, I have to say playing with blending modes is so much fun in CSP/PS. Here I used a three tone method: dark midtone flat colors, Overlay mode dark blue shadows on right, and Color dodge mode red on the left.

I’m really happy with how this turned out💕💕 Though it’s always a pain choosing between overlay or soft light layer🙄

Ich streame creative, mein Overlay ist also eher auffällig und voll, mit jede Menge insidern.

A cute little scene I drew to test out lighting overlays and pick some options to add to my colour palette! This is just the base but I might share some of the options I liked later!

The way I've worked it out for past games and is like this:
You can still have the straps as a separate overlay if you want to put them over a shirt, but the backpack only needs to look like it is behind the character.

Poppy has a new icon!!!! I think this turned out really cute and I love it so much. The only thing I would change is that I wanted a glass overlay effect so it would look like she was trapped in a screen but my artist ability isnt there yet lol..... maybe next time 😭😅🤗

Looking for someone to animate my newest image and turn it into a twitch overlay. Avaloki on fiverr did such a great job on it!

Wailmer Color Overlay
Ending on a simple but fun one. What this exercise really taught me was the different ways light and dark colors show up in overlays and ways I could use that to my advantage.

Its great and necessary to understand color as in traditional painting, but one of the greatest things that comes with digital art is layer blending modes. You can add so much life to an environment with just one overlay layer 🌟

Gorebyss Color overlay
Second to the last in the set! Again, the Pokedex entry of this particular Pokemon is...interesting, to say the least. Definitely befitting of its name.
