Finally got around to doing #artstylebend

I must say, the looser/sketchier lineart put more pressure on my hand than my clean lines. Drew my old Tiefling grump Riot for this one.

#FE3H Did a small demo of Procreate for my brother yesterday using this picture of Mercie. I got to do the line art on his brand new iPad with his new Apple Pencil. I’m working on an iPad from 2014 that isn’t compatible with Apple pencils and that pressure sensitivity man 😭

For the purple and orange, I use layer blending modes in photoshop,
I use "Hard light" and "Color dodge" with a soft brush and I pressed the pressure button so it wouldn't be too harsh.

Shape, brush, and lighting study! I'm finding that *super* light pen pressure on texture brushes allows for some really neat effects, it almost feels like 'dusting' a canvas!

I had to remind myself today that not being okay is as valid as being fine and I don't have to pressure myself into doing something when I'm not feeling it. Hopefully back on track tomorrow.
