I work well with semi realistic artstyles but I can do stylised art as well no problem. Now obviously adjustments can be made according to the art style you want the thumbnail to look like but im sure the lighting i employ can make your youtube videos standout from the crowd!

How I do shading: just with full black, and changing opacity. Doing multiple layers for the deeper shading (shadow on shadow parts).

I usually finish with highlights and ‘light edges’. I just add shading what feels right, and looks ok. I’m not going for realistic anyway…
