It's been 5 years since this series aired, so I thought I'd do an appreciation post for it.

It still remains one of my most loved series to date. Also one of the most realistic and relatable romances I've watched. Highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it.

Drawing realistic characters in my art style (which I consider semi-realistic(?) ) truly forced me to play around facial shapes and distinguished features and I love this!

Since the future of on film seems to be unknown, I'd like to see tell a origin story of the 1st class, the original 13. Give it a Zero Dark Thirty/Sicario realistic take. Expand future projects off this to create a foundation for a new shared universe.
