i tried that & was still running into the same curv map issue. ended up exploding the mesh & got it near perfect. the inner corners still arent baking the way i want but it may be because its not high poly/not baking a high poly mesh into it? much more manageable tho!

For example, I'm a big fan of details and ready to spend hours drawing each skin flake and the like. Other artist just use spots brushes, and it's look cool too.

Be patient with your artistic process. Practice makes perfect.

It’s no where near done perfect but one thing I really like about Armada is that it explores the transformers switching sides of the conflict. You don’t really get to see that Much outside of the comics. Starscream being obviously the best and most complex example of this.
