Real talk you are completely correct. Arceus should have an entire /thing/ about him. Maybe like they did in Alpha/Omega, giving a whole new arc....eus for us to explore this god in.

Thing about Kaeya is that he's rarely explicit about who and how much he cares. In fact it's better read through his actions... Though this is going off the rails a bit so i'll leave it there. imo Kaeya cares a lot for the people around him.
