This darn masterpiece. The scale & ambition of the plot is amazing for its time. Some arcs left me feeling shocked & uncomfortable in a way I've never felt before in a game. The music/visuals are stunning.

Fr it’s so goated and has top tier characters, some of the best plot twist,some of the highest peaks, top tier antagonist, and one of the best stretch of arcs, and toriyama was freestyling on this they hate to give my mans credit

the difference is Rise has relationships and arcs OUTSIDE of Yu. she doesn't need him to grow. she loves her entire team, P4D and supplemental material establishes she has a trio with Naoto and Kanji, P4D is literally her game and her growth in P4U happens without Yu around

Big fan of where things left off. I can now kinda see why there’s going to be a new volume? An engaging issue that manages to be a satisfying resolution to arcs that have been built up over the last two years while directly tying them into a new status-quo.

Its a very interesting DBcember really.
Some of the arcs especially from the OG Dragon Ball brought back aspects of the show I didn't remembered and their impacts by the time.

Last time I watched those sagas were decades ago.
Felt good to see those images again.

Tbh people that still only see rudeus as "30-40 year old dude" shouldn't Continue watching. This is not bc of different Interpretation or me saying you are wrong but bc the series does not treat him like that. Starting with the arcs around vol 6-8 rudeus is written as a teenager.
