Well my OC, Charger, is not only a master of lightning, but is also naturally super-fast due to being a cheetah, but as far as I know, it’s uncertain what Sonic’s top speed is, let alone Shadow’s, so hey, I don’t care if Charger isn’t as fast, or as powerful, as them.
