Captain Marvel (2019)
Carol gets back to Avenging. Kelly Thompson returns to writing Captain Marvel and it has a nice familiar feeling to it. Artist Carmen Carnero and color artist Tamra Bonvillain’s naturalistic approach is a nice fit. 4.5/5

The Historiae Animalium (“Accounts of Animals” 1551-1558) is a 4,500-page encyclopaedia. In it, Swiss naturalist Conrad Gessner attempted to list & describe all the world’s animals. He netted some mythical creatures along the way. Nonetheless the book marks the birth of zoology

So, when you close your eyes and think of Animal Crossing, what do you see? Is it similar to the actual game, or is it a more naturalistic, scenic approach like these fan illustrations below?

Been struggling with creating looser vector work in Illustrator, so thought I'd give Clip Studio a try. First impression is pretty great! The brushes feel so good and naturalistic to use compared to PS or AI. Couldn't figure out the lasso tool, hence the eye patch + scar 🙃

Like, if we're gonna make Sailor Moon let's CELEBRATE Sailor Moon!!!! Hair and eye color could be naturalistic but pushed towards the fun anime coloring--here's some live action version of character with BRIGHT RED/ORANGE hair in their original stories.
