First, the Animation Director is Shinji Takeuchi! He is the character designer of Gintama! Also two good ADs are with he, so the art was great!

Akio is a veteran animator, but OMG, this is terrible. One of worsts episodes of Gintama on art.

Strong staff for do this. Miyake is our best episode director. Sasaki and Aoki duo make a great balance. Lovely at all.
