It looks like they edited the artwork tbh. With how much hatching is there there's no way a scanner would miss so much to the point of making it a literal black void. Seems like someone went in and literally filled in the lines themselves but idk 🤔

-glass eye-
So, I really need to start using that goddamn scanner.
I bought new markers (pastel colors), so hey, why not using them on Hedwig?
And I really like bubbles, so. Here we go everyone

Something I drew for a while back :3

I found a printer/scanner near a side door/stairs at my dorm and decided to take it, since there was no sign saying not to lol. The scanner works great, so I'm very happy. :3

I found a way to fix the colors on my Glowing Stefania drawing. The scanner gets the skin tones all red for some reason. Now it looks more like the original piece.

Not sure about improvement but it was a good excuse to re-scan some art now that I've got new scanner software.

I've been slowly testing 3D Scanning real world objects... with varying results. With the new statue in my possession I decided to try it out. Here are my two attempts... I think you can see the improvements in my approach in V2.

Scanner is out of action at the moment so here's some older art. This is a portrait of a friend (surrounded by in-jokes and things he likes) I was commissioned to draw for his Birthday. Hope he doesn't mind me posting this! Back to more sci-fi art soon.

I am test scanning the longest travelator "Domain Express Walkway” using iPhone 12 Pro Lidar

This is the result from 3D Scanner App, there is a slight deviation when I turn around 180 degree. The tunnel is around 230 meters.

File size is around 500+MB.
