A huge number of the emotional and memorable scenes are stylized by their animation and are impossible within the realm of realism. Aslan was always a reserved character, the Jungle Book was a book adaptation with some Disney callback, not a direct remake. TLK is cartoony.

WELL I thought I’d do some TLK remaking of my own.
An old buddy from TLKFAA/Lilymud, AquaNova, redrew the gift she made for me in 2005 and I said if she did that, I would have to redraw the one I made for her too! So I did 😄 Nearly 14 years later, here we are... again! 😊

Very excited to see the answers! TLK was definitely a HUGE one for me, and I loved Lady and the tramp, and rescuers down under!! OH and not a movie, but shoutout to calvin and hobbes, also was a pretty big factor for me, loved those comics so much!
