(5/28) the show greatly elevates it. I also can't think of many shows that started as a "kids" show (term used loosely), only to be finished years later with an Adult cartoon final season. I wasn't wowed by the ending, some weak episodes, but there's amazing episodes here.

Great question which every HT can be asking regularly. Short term: ask the teachers what 3 things would help them personally. Long term: develop a culture of trust so observations etc are supportive, not judgmental. Develop coaching so everyone has a confidential thinking space.
