It just looks really boring when it's put side by side with the other dog families in the series like Arcanine or Luxray. I feel like Yamper should have been a three stage rather than 2. It's not a bad looking Pokemon, just sort of boring.

I like Yamper, but I can't say the same for it's evolution. I think Boltund is probably my least favorite evolution out of all the canine families we have so far. It's design just looks really...plain.

Yamper is adorable but in Welsh legend, corgis are faerie mounts. Its a bit of a shame they turn him into an electric type instead.
