Id recommend looking up some manga series cover images of characters. they tend to have some fun outfit ideas.
I'd recommend the Bleach series since the characters consistently have some pretty stylish outfits in those.

I've seen a lot of new (fetish) artists popping up and a consistent "problem" I've been seeing is using thick lines when drawing (especially at low resolutions)
This makes a picture look cluttered and I urge (you) to find a way to have your lines look kinda like the left image.
