ha, nah, I'm using a weird thing in Blenders sculpt mode where you can draw a shape and it makes a mesh (as a block). I arrange these in a somewhat detailed broad shape, then I remesh them as one object again, and paint the texture directly over it.

Sure thing, so basically, it is a set of planes copied repeatedly to make it look like a bush. After that, we then convert it into a single mesh and then use that mesh to fill in the branches. 👍

Thanks, I actually messed up the knights mesh when I made him months ago, so he could only do simple poses. In fact, when I was updating him with my current skills in the past week, one big problem was that he had a LOT of loose geometry(in the thousands).

2 outta 3 im mostly happy with the 3rd I knew i was gonna retweak anyway via armor but OOF restylizing and fixing colors will make it more clear who tf THAT one is but there's 2 varrying versions of them cannonically too that look verry different and she's meant to mesh with both

I'm teaching myself blender because I'm stumped on how to do my outfit in live2d... just doing low-poly stuff for now. my mesh was pretty okay for a while but then the mirror modifier made some vertices cross and it got all tangly (at least I know to check clipping for next time)

Improvement check!

I don't have any works from 5 years ago unfortunately. But if there's one thing I'm proud of, it's the improvement I've had when it comes to faces.

The lines are more confident, the colors mesh well, and the proportions just look better.
