Just my speculation but probably Meowth coin changing from koban into ooban during Gigantamax
The Kanji on Meowth's forehead (Gigantamax form)means"大" also means "Large" in my opinion

My SPECULATION:

Only Farfetch'd that have survived many battles can attain this evolution. When this Pokémon's stick/leek shatters, it will retire from combat.

The image appears to be something holding up a sword cane. The green and white makes me think a leek.
