𝑭𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑰𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒖𝒔 (𝑩𝒊𝒓𝒅𝒎𝒂𝒏) This work, created with oil on canvas, was painted by Frazetta in 1972 and is based upon the mythological cautionary tale of the attempted escape from the island of Crete by the Labyrinth's creator Daedalus and his son Icarus.

Cat Girl is the most iconic work of the "Heroines of Frazetta" series and is considered to be Frank's masterpiece and one of his all time favorite works. Originally featured on the cover of Creepy Magazine #16 in the 1960s, it was changed over time to its current form dated 1984.
