mmkay, so colors. the 'green' is a gold color, which contrasts the blues well. complimentary colors make some amazing palettes, just make sure the values are different. so this is just yellow-orange and blue. those are basically the only 2 colors i used

I recently finished this one. I struggled trying to understand the lighting and the colors. I was not prepared for how difficult it would be emotionally to draw a tragic scene from a story and I would avoid working on it to avoid those feelings.
