Some plot later reveals that it was in fact an scheme to get others attached emotionally to these object-girls, then take that life back to artificially create despair. The one responsible was not satisfied and ran off to do the same to another world... why is still unrevealed.

This doujin is one of my absolute faves. It's 108 pages long and BEAUTIFUL. The story you can follow without language, the art works very well. It has a lot of gore in it though but a wonderful plot!
