Made some adjustments to Fiona's design. Bit the bullet and gave her a skirt instead of baggy pants and changed its color to match the top and "declutter" her color pallet.

An edit to 's commission after discussing MY concern if I had made an error. As a result I adjusted the Rayquaza's color to be closer to its shiny variant.
