Character in my name has been formulated! His choker pendant keeps him confident. With it off he becomes incredibly shy and will run away from you if you touch him. If you put his hair behind his ears (last pic) then take off his choker, he will purely blush madly.

Kuko & Aura know each other ever since they were 15.
