That's either one of the Collector's Swords' physical form as a Demon of Obession/Jealousy thats trying to take him.
There's also a Primordial Demon of Pain.
So maybe Yone's pain spawned the Demon with the Sword of Obsession as Yone is both in Pain and Obsessed with the his past.
