It appears as though their armor visuals are all baked into their model? At least at this point they are, and honestly I'm not mad about it. We don't need more tauren helmet shenanigans.

Played around with the Dracthyr character creator. While I'm not a supporter of Blizzard, the art team did a sensational job at giving you the tools to make basically anything you want. You can be as vibrant and extra as you please, and the armor options look good too.
