One highlight was that they invited us to a slides deck that was pre-populated with textures and assets and prompted us to make a collage. Each person got a slide and we all got to see each other made together and it really was a magical moment (last one is the one I made)

Once I have things settled, I just do quick lining and coloring and I try to use different textures when I shade/highlight so that it fits well with the design/concept in some fashion.
I really went off on the textures that you absolutely cannot see once the image is resized. From tv static, to the heather grey of his shirt. Quarantine has me down but now I can tank unlimited hours into pieces. This actually came out better than I originally imagined 😭
