If I was confident enough about not screwing it up, I'd totally make a Sorbet amiibo based off the Cat Peach one they're doing in February. Sorbet's a bit of a slim character that could easily break, so I'd likely make it a caricature/chibi version. A Lucky Cat based one, maybe?
