I’m not into the super tanky heavy armor and big swords, but in Dark Souls, a giant sword and chonky armor has saved me hassle after hassle

It appears as though their armor visuals are all baked into their model? At least at this point they are, and honestly I'm not mad about it. We don't need more tauren helmet shenanigans.

They have two different armor variants, light and heavy, that effect pieces.

Played around with the Dracthyr character creator. While I'm not a supporter of Blizzard, the art team did a sensational job at giving you the tools to make basically anything you want. You can be as vibrant and extra as you please, and the armor options look good too.
