The hair becomes more fuller compared to Super Saiyan 3, and the hair it's more spiky like super saiyan 2, plus it loses all of its bangs. Buratsu's face is very "simpatic'' in the form of Super Saiyan 3, but in the form of Super Saiyan 4 his face is much more aggressive.
