Got accused of whitewashing the other day, ignored the initial comment on insta but I wanna state:
I drew a biracial Indian girl, desaturated her skin tone to fit my palette. In the future I'll darken her skin, but otherwise I feel comfortable to say I didn't draw her white.

it was already good to begin with but now it's just incredible, each panel looks like a painting and they're able to convey tone SO effectively now

I’m going to make the background clutter a more monochrome scheme, just some basic lighter and darker colors to break it up, but I can’t figure out which kinda tone I’m leaning towards as a base... kinda leanin towards the blue or purpleish color but I’m not super lol
