sure i was a lot more confident in my ability to draw backgrounds and concepts that came to my head, but my technical skills were nowhere near where they are today! these old pieces may deserve a redraw, now that i think about it

First painting in 2018-2022. PSA fellow artists; when a non-artist calls you "talented" its acknowledgement and admiration of a skill that's beyond their current level of understanding. Its not a dismissal of your hard work or persistence. its not that deep. 💀
