I think, my design as a genshin character would be like this! Element - anemo 5*, weapon - bow, nation - mondstadt. I live in a cozy cottage near mountain with a cat. I'm still artist! Also have skills in a claymore fighting, but I use it in critical situations only 🔆

It isnt unfortunately, its her prettiest but far from her best.
For 4 stars its Serpent Spine, Luxurious Sea Lord and Prototype claymore.
I used Proto and Serpent until I accidentally got a wolfs. Serpent was absolutely fantastic even at base level.

Eula is the character I pull out when I have to fight cryo enemies.
She was sat on by the community because some content creators said she was just ice diluc and not going to be good, so they called her Skippable.

Ive had her hit for 5-15k with 4 star claymores

Even at C0 Eula is murderous intent, even with a 4 star claymore.
Give her good batteries, she is terrifying, without them, still terrifying. Her tap E is a frosted circle of death, hit it again and it charges a second time, hold E and those 2 charges are a mini ult
