I am pretty much convinced the 3rd Ascension Arcueid or Archetype Earth is actually Fate Timeline's Arc.
Cause this description best fits Arcueid who never drank the Blood of Roa.
It also kind of explains why she has Voice Lines for Chaldean Servants like Holmes, Da Vinci & Nemo
