I'd make his down tilt a slide tackle (only reason he doesn't have one is because that wasn't a move in Smash until 4)
Change the Hammer Side B to something like Jet or Beam

so due to all the constant kick moves in his moveset, I wound up changing a lot about Kirby's moves. My one real rule was to use weapon abilities or abilities that aren't too similar to other fighters (also bringing back his melee dash attack)
